Session 1 - 9 Weeks
(max. 27 classes)
Dates: November 1 - December 30
Times:
Sundays 7am - 9am 90 min ride
30 min core
Mondays 5:30am - 7am 60 min ride
30 min core
Wednesdays 6:30pm - 8pm 60 min ride
30 min core
Workouts focus on building endurance and strength, emphasizing zones 2 and 3.

Session 2 - 13 Weeks
(max. 39 classes)
Dates: January 3 - March 31
Times:
Sundays 7am - 9am 90 min ride

Mondays 5:30am - 7am 60 min ride
30 min core
Wednesdays 6:30pm - 8pm 60 min ride

Workouts focus on improving speed and lactate threshold, emphasizing zones 4 and 5.


About the instructor...
Dave Reeds
Dave Reed started his athletic journey with the York Cross Country running program, coached by Joe Newton. Joe taught Dave what it takes to become a winning athlete. As a cyclist, in 2001/02, Richard Simons (world champion track racer) tortured Dave in his Oak Park laboratory. Dave raced 70+ events and won Cat 3 ABR MATTS series, ROTY, the State Road Race championship and upgraded to a Cat 2 at Downers Grove. Since then, he’s been making his own plan and getting results including the 2009 Masters 30+ Illinois State Time Trial victory. Dave plans to pursue a Masters National title next year.
